While you may not have to exercise every day of the week, it is important that you at least set aside an hour a day, three days a week for some exercise. This exercise could be done by using a bike, a treadmill, or simply taking the dog for a run in the park. And one the days that you are not going through an exercise routine, you will want to make some additional chances.

Use the stairs instead of an elevator and also park further away from stores so that you are walking just a little bit more every day. Little changes can really make a big difference. Exercise can really give your body and your mind the fuel it needs to continue on strong.

Diet

There is nothing wrong with enjoying your sweets but you have to do so in moderation. There is nothing worse for your over all health that not getting the proper nutrients into your body.

You will also want to make sure that you are taking a daily vitamin to help get your body into good condition. If you have concerns about what you need, talk with your doctor or other health care professional.

Positive Thinking

Panic and anxiety attacks have as much to do with a person's mindset as it does with the person's body and chemical reactions. Think of positive thoughts whenever you feel an attack coming on. Try to focus on the good things in life instead of focusing on the fact that you are about to have another panic attack as those thoughts can actually make the attack a lot worse.

Also try meditation as a part of your daily routine. You would be surprised at how much improvement you will see with as little as fifteen minutes of daily meditation. Since meditation helps to clear the mind and keep thoughts balanced, it is something that you are going to want to put into practice as soon as possible.

In the end you will see that by making just a few lifestyle changes that you can make a world of difference in the amount of anxiety and panic attacks that you have. With these tips and the help of your doctor you will be able to live a normal life once again.
